Finkie Futon was designed for your family with durability in mind. For the longevity of your finkie futon, please be careful when filling with fluffy stuff. Treat all seams gently and avoid added stress on the seams. If you find that the seams on your finkie futon need repair, please contact us: customercare@finkiefuton.com and reference your original order number. 

 

How much time do I have to make a return?

If you would like to return your finkie futon for a full refund or exchange, please send your finkie futon item(s) back within 14 days after delivery of your order. 

 

Which items may be returned or refunded?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging. For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on Finkie Pillows. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. 

 

How do I make a return?

Please contact us at customercare@finkiefuton.com BEFORE sending your item(s) and reference your invoice/order number. Make a copy of your receipt for your records. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Should I use tracking and purchase insurance?

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracking number and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Can I make an exchange?

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange for the same item, send us an email at customercare@finkiefuton.com and send your item to:
